Babson Diagnostics is a transformational medical tech company with a mission to make diagnostic blood testing more convenient, accessible, and human. Incubated at Siemens Healthineers, Babson was launched as an independent startup in 2017.

ION Design worked closely with the CEO of Babson Diagnostics. I participated in the design of two key experiences:

  • A customer-centered retail experience

  • A lab centered service touch points

I also generated illustrations to support Babson's business pitch presentation.
